Shipping (Effective September 2, 2026)

We ship from our US warehouse usually within 2 business days.

Free shipping is available on orders over:

• United States: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $199Standard Shipping: US$15 (for orders under $199)2 Day Shipping: US$25 (Only $10 for orders over $199)
• Canada: CA$279 (flat rate below: CA$35)
• United Kingdom: £189 (flat rate below: £25)
• Australia: AU$350 (flat rate below: AU$45)
• Singapore: S$325 (flat rate below: S$50)
• All other countries: shipping calculated at checkout

We are not shipping to EU countries at this time. Wholesale orders from European partners are still welcome. Please visit our Wholesale page or contact us at support@jocgoods.pro.

If an item is out of stock, we'll hold the shipment until everything is ready so your order arrives complete.

Sales Tax & Duties

United States: No import duties apply because we ship from our US warehouse. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Outside the United States: Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and paid with your order, so you won't be asked to pay them on delivery.

Returns

At JOC Goods, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Important: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them. All original packaging, including the branded product box, must be intact and included. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items returned without their original packaging.

Sale Items and Exceptions: 
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, except for items purchased during our sales events, such as Black Friday, Mother's Day, and holiday sales.
Sale items are products displayed with a reduced (crossed-out) price at the time of purchase.
Items purchased using a discount code are eligible for returns under our standard return policy.
Bundle sets may display a crossed-out price to reflect the set discount, but they are not considered sale items and remain eligible for returns under our standard return policy.

US orders: Add Free Returns at checkout and we cover your return shipping. Without it, a return shipping fee of $25 is deducted from your refund.

Orders outside the US: We will provide a return shipping label, and its cost will be deducted from your refund.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping either way.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
