We ship from our US warehouse usually within 2 business days.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Free shipping is available on orders over:

• United States: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $199
  ↳ Standard Shipping: US$15 (for orders under $199)
  ↳ 2 Day Shipping: US$25 (Only $10 for orders over $199)
• Canada: CA$279 (flat rate below: CA$35)
• United Kingdom: £189 (flat rate below: £25)
• Australia: AU$350 (flat rate below: AU$45)
• Singapore: S$325 (flat rate below: S$50)
• All other countries: shipping calculated at checkout

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days to carefully pack and ship your order. If an item is out of stock, we’ll hold the shipment until everything is ready so your order arrives complete.

Sales Tax & Duties

No duties apply, because we ship from our US warehouse. Sales tax is
calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Returns

At JOC Goods, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product within 30 days of delivery.

Important: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them. All original packaging—including the branded product box—must be intact and included. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items returned without their original packaging.

Add Free Returns at checkout and we cover your return shipping. Withoutit, a return shipping fee of $25 is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping either way.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
